You may cancel your Web Builders account at any time. Any fees paid to Web Builders are non-refundable.
As noted on our Pricing Page, ALL of our websites automatically come with the "Website Monthly Service" to Host and Update as Needed included in your membership.
If you wish to cancel your membership with us, you can do so at any time, and your website will be taken offline.As noted on our Pricing Page, ALL of our websites automatically come with the "Website Monthly Service" to Host and Update as Needed included in your membership.
If you would like to keep your website and possibly migrate it to a different hosting service, etc., you can contact our support via email and we'd be happy to try and assist you with this.
If you do not want to be charged the monthly fee, we simply ask that you do so ONE WEEK prior to your monthly service due date, which is typically 1 month from your time of joining and first payment.
If you need assistance in changing the payment due date please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
